Jessica Elin Hirschman~ Raised in South Bend, Indiana, Hirschman was graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Psychology. Her editorial career includes stops in Stamford, Connecticut (Progressive Architecture) and Los Angeles (Home Magazine and numerous freelance assignments) before moving to Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Prior to writing I Love You All The Time, she wrote four debut titles of the For Your Home Series (Little, Brown and Company, 1993), The Complete Home Organizer (Ordesky, Grove Press, 1993). Hirschman lives with her two children, one cat and occasional chaos. In addition to writing, she manages Cookie Bear’s day-to-day business and fulfillment. She also speaks to school groups about literacy and publishing.
Jennifer Elin Cole~ Cole, who co-founded Cookie Bear Press with twin sister Jessica Elin Hirschman, received both her B.A. and M.S.W. from Washington University in St. Louis where she worked prior to heading out for warmer climates in 1993. I Love You All The Time evolved from a word game Cole played with her niece, who lived 3,000 miles away. When the game grew into a book, Cole's nickname for her niece, Cookie Bear, seemed the perfect moniker for the new publishing company. Cole directs CBP’s national sales and marketing programs, served as a workshop coordinator for PMA University, and volunteers to judge the annual Georgia Reading Rainbow Young Writers and Illustrators contest. She lives in an Atlanta suburb with her three children, two cats, one husband, and lots of noise.
Bonnie Bright~ In addition to book illustration, Bright's artwork appears on a wide range of educational computer games as lead artist, game designer, art director, animator and background artist. Her other creative talents include 3D background art, 2D animation and web design. Bright is a full time, freelance artist, and enjoys a healthy balance between hard work, exercise, and family. Real life events with her 6 year-old-daughter inspired Bright to create and illustrate The Tangle Tower.
